Clay Aiken: The Woodshed Weekly!

This was created by the brilliant and hilarious Pugmill and it was too good to not share tonight.

Behold the Inaugural Issue of "The Woodshed Weekly". Perfect for those who still live in the land of delusion that Clay Aiken would ever be interested in women.

It is amazing to see what some of the biggest mouths on the Clayboards, often espousing Clay's divinity, indulge in when there is a smaller audience. According to some of their posts on the better known boards, Clay was sent by God to change the world for the better. These are people who attack other artists for their "less than wholesome" ways.

Check out some of what they say when they are not behind the altar of Clay preaching the Gospel of his goodness to all mankind.

Clay Aiken: Why Isn't He Singing?

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
Clay Aiken has made two recent television appearances. He appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Valentine's Day. That would seem to be the perfect time to sing one of his songs off of his recent
CD of "love songs" that celebrated "all kinds of love", but Clay was just a talk show guest and not a musical performer. Instead, Clay talked about his new dental work which you see in all it's glory in the picture above.
On the "Mike and Juliet" whatever show, Clay also did not sing. He didn't even sing in the karaoke segment that seemed to be made for him. Instead, Clay appeared in a "game show' segment with a fan that was beyond pathetic.
It makes one wonder....can Clay no longer afford a backing band? Clay is RUMORED to have settled some lawsuits recently and the Holleman case still allegedly looms ahead.
Jerome was not seen at the "Mike and Juliet" appearance....can he no longer afford Jerome?
Clay has been vague at best about any potential touring.
His lower register is obviously not what it used to be and he struggled hitting the high notes during his holiday symphony tour. Can anyone forget the "Tarzan" howl at the end of " All is Well"?
Why is Clay not singing?

Clay Aiken: Hey Claymates!! Okclayhoman!! What happened??

Apparently, Clay Aiken has decided not to follow through with his "Scandal 2007" contest that he announced in his last blog. HEY! Okclayhoman! RubyR43!! TreyClay!! NZClay!! What do you think of Clay and your little "Matter of Trust" NOW?
For those who may have forgotten it, here it is again:
It seems over the past few weeks, the tabloids and gossip mongers have had their hands full coming up with new and exciting "scandals" for me to be a part of.
Yet, for all of their efforts to be on the "cutting edge" and the forefront of bull$#@& journalism, it seems that some of them may be running out of ideas and resorting to recycling and re-hashing some of their older tall tales. How sad!?
With this in mind, we thought maybe we would try to give them a finger.... er.. a hand.
For all of the contests that we hold here on the OFC, this one promises to be one of my favorites.
Build-Your-Own-Scandal!
That's right! Let's show off the creative abilities of the greatest group of fans on Earth.
The contest is simple, but will require some thinking and planning...
Come up with the most outlandish story you can that places me (either alone or with others close to me) in a really juicy/tawdry/scandalous/shameful story.
Then, use any photos, videos, audio clips of me that you can find along with your favorite multimedia enhancing/"doctoring" program (like a PhotoShop or a sound/video editor) to create your "evidence"!
Maybe you have "pictures" of me being "abducted by oversized turnips"... or ... "video" of me "dancing with a three legged gorilla". Be creative!
You'll submit your "story" and "evidence" to an address that you'll find online here at the OFC very soon.
I'll personally pick the "story" that not only is most creative, but has the most CONVINCING and REALISTIC looking "evidence"!
(It obviously can't be that hard to come up with!)
The winner(s) will be featured here... PLUS... there will be a great prize to go along with the honor of being the creator of "Scandal 2007"
This one is gonna be fun!!
Feel free to get started thinking...but, keep your eye out for details on rules/requirements for entry and deadlines and prizes. they be announced here soon.
Happy Fabricating!!

A little matter of trust...........I am not trying to cause a problem here, but after having read all the doubts and worries about some of what Clay has said, I felt the need to say this.......Its all about trust.....period......at least in my mind! Not once in these four years has Clay ever given me any reason to not trust him.....not take him at his word.....Clay has said that "It's safe to say there is going to be a tour in 2007......I believe it...I don't see how he could have said it any plainer....I don't look for deep hidden meanings in his blogs..I believe he means what he says.....and even he has said he is aware of how we look for hidden messages.....hidden meanings to what he is saying.....I imagine that must bug him or he would not have said it.....Granted, he has yet to say when the tour is going to start, where and what venues he will be taking this tour but that is understandable...he is still working on that part but I just cannot get over all of the angsting about this......Some still doubt his continuing with the other contest on the OFC.....I do not......I believe Clay is totally serious and is just getting the rules and time ready for it to begin.......We don't , can't know everything at once.....but it always comes.......and in the meantime I hate feeling that we are somehow putting our hands over Clay's mouth......I have trusted Clay from day one and will always trust him!He never stops giving his very best for us.....and for a man who has gone through hell most of last year...that is amazing......There was a time when I was worried that he would just leave us....give it all up...but he took that horrible adversity and came back to us, more determined than ever......happier than I have ever seen him......Clay is a man who does, indeed, walk to the beat of a different drummer....a man who will do what is right and best for him....and in the end, that works out best for us.He loves us back........he trusts us......I can do no less...I will do no less.... not now, not ever.........

I have no idea what precipitated this post (I'm not aware of any neg. threads or naysayers) but would bet that there is something going on at the OFC. I stay away from that message board. That said-----You have just verbalized everything I think & feel about OMC!!! Besides TRUST, I believe he deserves our RESPECT. Thus, I would never question his decisions or critcize him, his choices or his behavior. He is wise beyond his years! is a man of his word! and is a wonderful human being! (those who complain have their own issues) Great post!!...Okclayhoman....gives us all a chance to proclaim our Love for and Belief in ps....He has taught us well about Love. I think this contest being so different is likely causing a few headaches for those organising the rules and will take a little time to work out. I don't believe Clay would have put that out there with no intention of following it up.With the awfulness of the last year - I'm pretty darn happy with the way Clay seems to have come through it. With his sense of humour intact; and seemingly trusting us more to share more of his personality with us.Trust. Such a little word - but with such a big meaning. It's what those who tried (and some still do) to bring Clay down and separate his fans from him, never took into account. They underestimated not only Clay; but his fans. Nothing they can say will break that trust - and after all of the spurious allegations and rumours - it seems Clay finally trusts that we're not 'fair-weather' fans and are in this for as long as he wants to stay in the entertainment business. And I'm not going to worry about when a tour might be; or when his next TV appearance is; or when or where his next UNICEF trip might be; or anything else. I'm ready for whatever; whenever Clay is ready...

Clay Aiken MOBBED By Fans While Leaving Morning Show!!

Clay Aiken on Mike and Juliet in Morning Show

Clay Aiken co-hosted the "Mike and Juliet in the Morning" show today.

Below are my thoughts and observations. Please feel free to share yours!

Some notes on the show.

Most of the Claymates are sitting on bleachers outside the show. Some got there at 11:00 PM last night.

Poor Claybie is "sick" again and has a cold. When they went out last night to film the karaoke bit, Clay didn't sing because of his "cold". Clay Aiken seems to be constantly sick.

Clay barely acknowledged the fans on the bleachers when he went out to see "Cookie" and her car. He was not warm to her at all, and I about spit out my coffee when cookie asked him if he could drive a stick.

She also kissed his hand and said she "didn't care where that hand had been".

The regular hosts just walked outside dressed as they were, Clay had to put on an overcoat. Clay, you don't get sick from being in cold weather. You get it from a GERM. It's about 40* in NYC.

He talked about the Ripa thing. Nothing new there.

The hosts brought up Jennifer Hudson and her incredible success again (LOL) and they had an adorable 8 year old girl who idolizes Jennifer sing "And I Am Telling You".

Then Clay did a Clay trivia gameshow with Cookie the Claymate who didn't seem to know all that much.

Clay did not sing at all. Second appearance in a row, not singing.

He said he was "much more comfortable here" (meaning this show..it was a passive aggressive diss at Ripa) and then said he didn't mean anything by that.

Clay talked about Brett and the guy host asked if Clay ever went overseas, I assume he meant to perform for the troops.Clay responded he has a UNICEF trip in April but they won't say where, seemingly because they don't want the Claymates to know.

Clay also said he had an older brother and and older sister? I knew about the sister, but didn't know about the older brother.

The hosts asked Clay if *he* had sent anything to Brett while Brett was in Iraq and Clay went into "we" mode. "We" sent packages, etc.

I think this appearance is significant again, for what WASN'T said. No mention of future tour plans or any CD's in the works. No mention of future plans at ALL except for a UNICEF trip in April. Clay seemed very uncomfortable around the Claymates.

Clay Aiken Now In NYC!!

It's HUGE, PUFFY and PASTY and it's causing havoc in the streets of NYC!
That's Right! Clay Aiken is in the Big Apple to co-host a morning show that nobody's ever heard of! Will he be a disaster again like when he co-hosted "Live with Regis and Kelly"?
Meanwhile, in other news, Fantasia Barrino performs tomorrow night on the NUMBER ONE show in America! Go FANTASIA!!

Did Carrie Underwood Diss Clay Aiken?

It was posted on this blog and elsewhere that ALLEGEDLY, multiple Grammy winner Carrie Underwood and record executives were caught unaware conversing about Clay Aiken by someone sitting nearby with a cell phone that has video capability.
SUPPOSEDLY, audio/poor video exists of this conversation and though there have been attempts to post it to YouTube, it is always yanked almost immediately.
Below are the posts and also a link to another site where this is being discussed. Hopefully someone will post the file to SendSpace.com or yousendit.com and post the link or someone will catch the YouTube before it's yanked again and this RUMORED conversation can be confirmed OR debunked.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Claymates won't be happy about this. There's an audiotape of candid Carrie Underwood comments about Clay making the rounds. It was secretly recorded during at conversation at a Nashville restaurant with label executives in Nashville. Carrie can clearly be heard saying Clay Aiken "weirds her out". The other people start laughing at her remark and a someone says Clay inquired about making a country album a little but Clive "cracked him over the head." Carrie says "Thank God! He's just so weird he makes my skin crawl." Everyone laughs again and someone says they should change the subject in case someone overhears them. Ironic the conversation was caught on a hidden tape recorder by someone at the restaurant. The source seems to be the people sitting at the next table.
The Claymates will go berserk.

The audio of Carrie talking about Clay is actually video from a videocamera that was turned on at a table next to Carrie's party. It only shows a shady black screen but has several minutes of audio. It's crystal clear and easy to recognize Carrie and the rest of the people in her party. One of the voices is Joe Galante, the head of Arista Nashville.Carrie definately disses Clay and the other executinves make fun of Clay's desire to make a country album.

Joe Galante's office got a call about the videotape today of Carrie's and his comments secretly taped at the restaurant. They went into emergency damage control mode and contacted Google. They got it taken down before there were many public views but a few people saw it and emailed the link to a few fans. This is the original link that was removed

I heard about this yeaterday. There was a thread up at Survivor Sucks to the YouTube link. The thread was locked and then deleted. A couple of more threads were posted after that but the YouTube video was removed quickly but several people got to see it before YouTube removed it.

Clay Aiken: Goofy Son Of A Bitch

A Note on Fame

So, I'm in the security line at RDU this morning and who do I see behind me but Clay Aiken?
I know, famous people have to fly like the rest of us, but he's enjoying being famous a little too much.

He's got this huge shit eating grin on his face the entire time.

None of this bothers me until he barges into the Admiral's Club and then locks himself in the conference room.

Apparently I'm sitting next to a shared wall and I just hear him coughing and making goofy noises back there.

He sure is a goofy son of a bitch.

The thing I don't get is, why is he still famous?

He can't sing, he's just goofy looking (I think he was attached by a blind barber), and he really hasn't done anything worthy of continued fame.

He's part of a generation where being famous is good enough to be famous.

I swear, he's more frightening looking than Gary Glitter.

Now, I was on a flight one time when Penny Marshall got kicked out of first class to the back of the plane.

It was just her and her romance novel. She wasn't happy, but I have to respect Laverne for not having an posse or trying to draw any attention to herself.

Man I hate Gen Y sometimes...

An Open Letter To Clay Aiken

This was submitted by an anonymous guest blogger who has some things to say to Clay.

Thanks to the guest blogger for their submission, this couldn't have been easy for them to write..

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Clay,

I once knew a guy named Clayton. He was tall and goofy, infuriating at times, yet sweet; and he had a voice that made my heart melt every time I heard it.

He was the guy who gave me a flower after "Oklahoma," the first person I called when I got my driver's license.

He was the one I traveled over an hour to see in a dinner theatre performance of "The Sound of Music," just so I could hear him sing "Sixteen Going on Seventeen."

We drove each other to school just about everyday.

We went to my junior prom together, and he gave me beautiful gifts during high school that I still have.

We didn't keep in touch that often beyond high school, but when we did, it was like no time had passed. I remember him telling me he was going to study special education in college. He even listened to my audition piece for a school of music to which I was applying for my sophomore year of college.

I saw him a few months before he auditioned for American Idol. Again, it was like no time had passed, and I could have spent all night in that grocery store talking to him.

Because of where I worked at the time, I was able to see him post-AI on the Idols Tour and the Independent Tour with Kelly Clarkson. He was so sweet during both of those concerts, especially that last tour with Kelly. He gave me a beautiful blue vase with a variety of white flowers. Even though they had been in his dressing room as a gift to him, to me, it was the thought that counted.

That next day at work, people commented that they had never seen me look so happy in the few years that I had been working there. It was because of that night and seeing him again. We hung out on his tour bus after both concerts. Considering how obsessed I was with tour busses, it was awesome that my first two happened to be a friend's transportation for his tours.

Ever since that last time I saw him on the Independent Tour, we have not spoken. I only got a two-line email from him a few moths after that tour. I don't know what happened or where he went.

All I know is that the boy named Clayton is unrecognizable to me. I have never been so hurt in my life by someone who was once a good friend, someone I trusted.

So, I now call you "Clay" because as far as I can tell, Clayton doesn't exist anymore. I have offered countless times to be there for you if you needed someone to talk to, even AFTER you hurt me. Nothing. Now, it's one scandal after another. Are you confiding in anyone? I know I'm not the only friend you've pushed away. I just want to know why. What happened to make you like this?

I decided to post this as an open letter in the hopes that it actually touches the part of you that I hope still exists somewhere.

You know where I am and who I am if you decide to talk.

Take care of yourself.

John and Clay Sitting In a Tree.....

Has the world turned upside down?
John Paulus, who tormented Clay Aiken for months with a blog exposing Clay's deceptive ways INCLUDING his homosexuality has now turned into one of Clay Aiken's most vocal defenders.

Has John Paulus fallen under the spell of both Clay's and Claymate's, alleged insiders and "friends" of Clay's flattery?

It would seem so. In a multi-pronged attempt to change John Paulus's tune, it seems that someone close to Clay, if NOT Clay himself, AND Claymates, are appealing to John, that in the former, Clay has changed, and in the latter, John is the bigger man for abandoning his efforts to expose the truth about Clay Aiken.

Clay Aiken hasn't changed. He's still a man-hunting, money hungry, con-man. If he concentrates on humanitarian efforts, it is only because he seeks to deflect from his utter failure as a performer and to maybe bolster his position in the Holleman case and to salvage what's left of his disintegrating career. The stakes are high for Clay Aiken.

The Claymates? Well, they just want John Paulus to shut up. They will flatter him and tell him that those who speak the truth about Clay are misguided and because of the flattery, John will listen to THEM instead of those who supported him through his year long endeavor to expose Clay for the fraud that he is.

It is doubtful that Clay would recognize the truth even if it bit him on the dick. He is that far gone.

Is there still hope for John Paulus?

Possibly, if he wakes up and realizes he's been sold a bill of goods to keep him quiet.

Will anyone be surprised to find John Paulus sitting alone in the tree?

Spun Like a Record

These past two days we have been so entertained by Mr. John Paulus with his spun out posts that in honor of him, I felt he deserved a theme song...Actually the previous blog is pretty maxed out so we needed a new one anyway.
