Seems like recently, there has been a lot of trouble regarding the Official Clay Aiken fan club.
When renewals were due, right before ATDW was released, there were reports of multiple charges being made to the credit cards of fans trying to renew their memberships. Probably most of them have been resolved, but joining a fan club shouldn't be a source of aggravation if the fan club is well managed.
Now, members who have paid their fee to join have not received the package that was promised to them months after the fact.
This could be taken as a pattern of bad management in all areas related to Clay Aiken.
The BAF rarely responds when asked to provide information and often, donors don't even know if their donations are received since they are seldom acknowledged. Again, this could be explained by poor management.
Whenever Clay ends up getting bad press, there is no attempt at damage control and there is usually no response other than "calls to Clay's management have not been returned" or "no comment" leaving the Claymates to try to handle Clay's bad PR themselves.
Come on, Clay! Step in and take some responsibility yourself or hire people who will get things done right!

Still haven't received OFC package..what about you?
I signed up for full membership around late October 2006 and still have not received the fan package. Are there other fans out there still waiting like me?

I received mine but must admit that I was VERY disappointed with it this year. Felt the t-shirt was beyond generic. Last year's was SO much nicer.

I renewed the first renewal day and still haven't received my package yet either. I did send a ticket at the OFC regarding this and they replied that they were out of stock and will send out the packages once available. But that was about four weeks ago. You'd think they would restock a little faster. I belong to a fan group here in KY and everyone else received their fanpacks on time. I feel special to be the only one who didn't. NOT!!
